IT TIME TO OFFER YOUR HELP?
Home IS where the heart is and that is the goal of LIFE Eldercare - to allow seniors to remain living in their homes for as long as possible. LIFE provides the basics of life - food, companionship and personal care to seniors and individuals with disabilities living in Fremont, Newark and Union City. The delivery of these services, however, is dependent upon volunteers . . . individuals who give that most precious gift of all ? their time.
* one-on-one contact with a lonely senior
* quality time with a frail, homebound senior who feels like no one cares
* a word of advice to a senior or individual with disabilities who are
unsure of how to ask for help towards improving their lifestyle
No one is "ordered" to care. And in the everyday schedule
of juggling work and family, it becomes a matter of prioritizing. Please
consider making one of the LIFE Eldercare programs one of your weekly,
bi-weekly or monthly "to do's" on your calendar. You'll be glad you did...
and so will we!
