The BLOX Open House and Car Show also serves as a platform for LIFE ElderCare to educate the attendees about their cause and to help raise funds for Meals On Wheels. The Meals On Wheels program provides healthy meals to home bound seniors who live in the Tri-City area. BLOX and BENEN Industries are honored to be able to assist them.
2012 Dan Lowry Charity Golf Tournament

The 2012 Dan Lowry Charity Golf Tournament sponsored by RGW Construction raised $50,000 to support LIFE ElderCare’s four direct service programs. The donation will bring 16,666 home delivered meals to low-income seniors who without Meals on Wheels would simply go hungry.
“Thank you for your continued commitment to LIFE ElderCare. Someone once said that old age is not interesting until one gets there. It is a foreign country with an unknown language. However, these are the fathers and mothers of our community who now have to learn the language of dependency. As a result of the ongoing support from RGW, we can help seniors age in place and be a gentle reminder that they are not alone.”
