And our program offers the worker the following services:
* Comprehensive review
with all prospective workers regarding information on the program
* Thorough analysis and reference checks on the completed application
* In-depth interview
* Worker is matched with seniors as appropriate with background / skills
/ assessment and needs requirement
* Within 14 days, a follow up call is made to determine if a successful
match has occurred
* Workers attend at least one out of four training sessions held throughout
the year. The program is accredited and provides continuing education
credits for CNA certification.
